Hello

My name is Katrina. I'm a nurse, a midwife, and a mother.

My goal in this space is to empower and educate you with the knowledge that prepares for the journey of childbirth.

I've been a nurse for 19 years, and 12 years ago I achieved my dream of becoming a midwife. During my career as a midwife, I discovered a passion for education and now here I am... SO excited to be working with and empowering soon-to-be mothers (and fathers) with knowledge and information and skills to help you navigate the journey of childbirth.

My own journey to motherhood was long and painful and filled with grief. After years of trying without success, I was given a triple diagnosis of severe endometriosis, polycystic ovaries and a uterine anomaly (misshapen uterus).

6 challenging years later...on my last round of IVF....my final two embryos took. 5 1/2 years ago I gave birth to my beautiful (non-identical) twin boys. I hit the ground running, and haven't stopped since.
